Building Bikes for Baltimore’s Youth

70+ volunteers distribute 100+ bikes during Johns Hopkins in Action 2018

Seventy-five volunteers from Johns Hopkins, Bloomberg LP, Bikemore, and the community gathered May 5th to assemble 130 bikes to give to local youth.

The four-hour event — part of Johns Hopkins in Action 2018 — took place at the Under Armour House at Fayette operated by Living Classrooms. Bloomberg Distinguished Professors and Bloomberg Scholars, as well as Goldman Sachs 10KSB participants, were among the volunteers.
